Location and amenities were key for making our Easter stay easy and enjoyable. The shops and food places nearby made it easy to grab everything we needed. Plus, the ease of access from the airport and train station was a relief. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of tasty options to fill up on. The new furniture in the room was a nice touch, and the smart TV made it easy to stream our favorite shows.
The staff could have been more attentive and friendly. When checking in, it took a while for our passports to be processed and we didn't feel welcomed as guests.

I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for me as I could easily walk to the supermarkets and nearby sights. The staff was always helpful and suggested the best taxi options to reach the hotel from the airport. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel as I saw the cleaning staff taking care of the common areas multiple times. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and I liked that the hotel provided liquids throughout the day.
No negatives from this hotel. I had a comfortable stay and enjoyed exploring this city!

The hotel is conveniently located near some of the city's must-see sights, making it easy to explore the area on foot. the cleaning staff is exceptionally diligent, ensuring that all common areas are spotless. the breakfast spread is ample, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. all the rooms are spacious and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay.
The reception staff could use some improvement in customer service, sometimes being unresponsive and not smiling while interacting with guests.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was filling. The staff was helpful and suggested transportation options from the airport. The location was convenient for walking to nearby attractions and for taxi drivers to find.
The reception was often unattended and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The duvet was not clean and we had to make it ourselves. The bathroom had a bad smell and was missing a shower curtain. the hotel was overpriced for the quality of amenities and service provided.
